Return Instructions

At LEEZ, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or a LEEZ Gift Card. The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags, receipts and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, fragrance, perishable or personalized/monogramed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned. 
  • Items purchased on marked down to 25% off can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • The merchandise purchased in store is not returnable, but can be exchanged. We offer an in-store exchange only at the current selling price. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value. You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, just return the items you don't like and place a new order on

LEEZ Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. 

Holiday Returns: Purchases made from 11/24/20 through 12/25/20 will have an extended return policy through 1/15/21. All other terms and conditions of our Return Policy remain in effect. 

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing your return. 

Return In Store

Print your order confirmation email which your purchase was made online that contains your order number as the return slip. Please bring the return items and return slip to any sales associate in LEEZ store. Eligible items may be returned to LEEZ store for credit within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Returning by Mail

Print your order confirmation email which your purchase was made online that contains your order number as the return slip. Eligible merchandise may be returned by mail. If the product has quality problems, LEEZ bears the freight and will provide prepaid return label; If the product has no quality problems, then the customer bears the freight. 

The return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund if you ask LEEZ to provide pre-paid and pre-addressed label. If you do not wish to use our pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to out warehouse. LEEZ is not responsible for any packages sent with a return label not provided by LEEZ. LEEZ does not accept C.O.D deliveries. Please contact Customer Service for further assistance. 

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order; or a LEEZ Gift Card. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

You will receive a confirmation email when your merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to post to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.  

LEEZ Gift Cards

If you paid using a physical LEEZ Gift Card of LEEZ e-Gift Card, all refunds will be issued to a new LEEZ e-Gift Card with an updated balance to the email on file. 

If you paid using a LEEZ Gift Card and another payment method, we will first issue you a LEEZ e-Gift Card, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the second payment method used at purchase. 

For example, you placed an order totaling $100, and you paid $25 with a LEEZ Gift Card and $75 with a credit card. You decide to return $50 worth of items. We will refund $25 to a LEEZ e-Gift Card and $25 to the credit card used at purchase. 


If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account. 


Shipping Instructions

We are currently anticipating shipping delays as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams at our distribution centers. Therefore, we changed the cutoff time from 4PM to 11AM temporally. If you place the order by 11AM, it will be shipped on the same day. If the order is placed after cutoff time, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Also, USPS, UPS and Fedex declared the expected delivery changes of their service. Packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. If there is any questions regarding your shipping, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.

    Domestic Shipping Types                                                                     

    Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your Item(s) ship from our warehouse and arrive within 3-5 business days receiving your order.

    Expedited Shipping: 

    Depending on the shipping destination, 2-day shipping may be available in select areas. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. 

    Priority Shipping:

    For an extra charge per address, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations within the contiguous 48 states. If we receive your order by 12 day; order placed Friday after 12 pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. 


    Please note:

    • Shipping fees and/or parcel carrier delivery and processing charges are shown under Shipping Rates, and will be applied in the Checkout Payment and Review page. 
    • Business days don’t typically include weekends, however Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes. 
    • Some items may not be eligible for 2-day or express shipping due to size, weight, quantities or delivery address. 
    • While most items ship within 24 hours, some shipping locations may require additional processing time. This processing time is factored into the estimated delivery date shown at checkout. 
    • Shipping chargers for Priority Shipping are calculated on a “per order” basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs, and will only apply to the items using these shipping speeds.
